Our in-house Silk PLA, formulated to deliver a stunning metallic-like finish with exceptional shine. Highlights intricate details and complex geometries beautifully, with minimal warping and the ease of standard PLA printing. Compatible with all FDM 3D printers.

Note: Silk PLA has reduced layer adhesion compared to standard PLA – not recommended for load-bearing or functional parts.

Recommended Settings

• Nozzle: 210–230°C (higher end recommended for best shine)
• Bed: 60–65°C
• Cooling Fan: 80–100%
• Print Speed: 20–250mm/s (slower speeds help maintain silk sheen)

Optimised for 0.4mm nozzles. Minor adjustments may be needed for other setups.
